2025-26 Program Information

Select/XL Program

BUFC Player Registration Fees: Registration fees under review

Registration fee includes:  Player insurance and state registration fees, coaching fees, field rental fees, referee fees, team league registration, and BUFC administration costs., 

 

Training:  Practices for both XL and Select teams begin in June and continue through to the end of the team's season (or State Cup).

Summer Tournaments: Each Select and XL team will have up to three summer tournaments.  XL teams may elect to compete in a third summer tournament.  Bellevue United is a community soccer club and encourages its players to prioritize family time during the summer - however, when not away on vacation please attend practices and tournaments as they help prepare the player and team for the fall season.

League Play: Except for Girls High School teams, both Select and XL teams commence their regular season in early September. The season continues through December for Select teams with Founders Cup play in January.  XL teams continue to compete until April when cup play begins.

High School Teams: Both XL and Select HS teams do not train or compete during the high school soccer season (Mid-August through November for girls, February through May for boys).

Registration fee does not include:  Player uniform kits, summer tournaments, State Cup tournament fees, or team funds.

Financial Aid:

Financial support is available for qualifying families. To apply for financial aid, you must complete the Financial Aid Application Form located on our PlayMetrics registration platform.

Sibling Discount:

BUFC does offer a sibling discount of 10% for each additional sibling. Discounts are applied to the lowest priced program first.  Please contact the club directly to request a discount - our registration system does not automatically apply it.

Payment Methods:

Payments can be made by credit card or ACH-debit only through our registration platform.  We offer several payment options:

  1. Pay in Full.  Payment of program fees at time of offer acceptance

  2. Payment Plan.  $400 due at the time of offer acceptance. The remaining payments will be made in either 3 or 6 installments (an extra fee applies to each payment).

Delinquent Payments:

Payment plans are automatically put on auto-pay scheduling, however the account owner can manually pause payments.  A payment is considered late at two weeks after its sue date.  We encourage parents to contact the Club to make alternative arrangements if they are needed.  

 

An account I overdue status may result in the player(s) being ineligible to participate in matches or practices until the account is current or arrangements are made with the Club to bring the account current.
